A record of my journey towards "An elegant sufficiency, content, retirement, rural quiet, friendship, books, ease and alternate labour, useful life" Not there yet. Some way to go!
I knit, I sew, I embroider, I paint and draw and occasionally keep a journal. I do funny things with paper, paint and glue, I make books and other stuff. Not much of this is of any use (with the possible exception of the socks I knit) but I find fun in everything I do. I love colour, texture, pattern and want to do it all perfectly - preferably in the next five minutes. When I'm not making stuff myself, I'm teaching someone else how to do it (or teaching someone else to teach someone else to do it)

Think of the new readers this may haul in.. people interested in mass murderers, psychopaths, etc and those looking for gorey details. The potential here is endless!!

Thanks for the comments I must get to Birmingham to see The Art of the stitch, as Maggie probably told you M. Grey was great especially as I am self taught as far as computors go so very hit and miss. Do go and see Clare`s work I think it is amazing & I would like to know your opinion
